Upgrade Your Raspberry Pi 5 With These Must-Try Hats

Are you looking to add functionality to your Raspberry Pi 5 with a hat? In this video, I tried 3 new hats on the market to help you decide which one is the best fit for your project. These include a low profile NVMe hat, a Power over Ethernet or PoE hat which also takes an NVMe drive and lastly a UPS hat that runs on two 18650 cells.

  1. Thanks for the video — Can you connect two fans to 1 header on the pi 5 board ? So the case came with a fan and i also bought active cooler — now i am thinking to use cable to pair them both before plugging on the fan plug. Thanks

  2. Great video! I’m working on a PiCore music server project with a Pi5. I am wondering what would you recommend for the following: 8 or 16GB Pi5, UPS Board with on/off switch, active cooler, dual 2280 NVME hat and a case to hold them all. Can you help? Thanks in advance.
